I used to have a different provider (which) worked for a while, maybe two or three years. But there were always delays in responses, or no responses to security alarm being tripped. It was difficult. I got a free quote from ABT a couple days after I was broken into and I said "sure! Why not," and that was back in 2012. It's 2018 now and I've had no issues what so ever. Someone smashed my front window and I lost it. Absolute melt down. Thankfully the neighbor had cameras, but what would I do if they didn't? I can't count on that being there forever. Called ABT, faxed them my details, and Tyler came out to take a look at what they could do for me. ABT got me a free quote, and by the next afternoon, I had security. Been happy for five years now. Wouldn't trade them for any other security company!
